- Your Palettes: Colors you save to palettes
- Recent Colors: History of colors you've picked
- Settings: Your preferences (default format, zoom level, etc.)
This data never leaves your browser. It is not transmitted to any server.
Permissions Explained
The extension requires certain permissions to function. Here's why each is needed:
- activeTab: To read colors from the current webpage when you activate the eyedropper
- storage: To save your palettes and settings locally
- clipboardWrite: To copy color codes to your clipboard
- scripting: To inject the eyedropper tool into webpages
